Our purpose built Monitoring & Response Centre is at the heart of our service. This is where our friendly and highly-trained operators make sure that every call is answered quickly and handled in a caring and helpful manner.

Fast, efficient service

We have been providing our services for 30 years and continue to lead the way in customer service and technology. Our Centre is fully staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, providing peace of mind for both you and your loved ones around the clock.

Our highly trained and helpful operators answer your calls quickly and professionally. They will swiftly evaluate the issue and phone neighbours, friends, relatives or any other named contacts (we can also call any of the emergency services if required) to attend your home. We invest heavily in training for our staff to ensure they can provide our service users with the help and support they need.

In addition to being available in case of an emergency, we also offer support and reassurance by providing “well-being check calls”. The team can contact you to check how you are and to see if there is anything else we can do for you. If you have an ongoing health condition, you may just want a reminder to take medication or a daily check on whether you are safe and well. We can make tailored calls to assist with a range of issues and help you maintain your overall wellbeing.

Accredited Service

At amica24 we take time to go the extra mile and provide the very best support service possible, this is shown by our TSA Quality Standards Framework accreditation.

The TSA is the industry body overseeing alarm response centres such as ours and we are continually surpassing the standards required to maintain our accreditation.

Monitoring Technology

Our Monitoring & Response Centre is continually kept up-to-date with the latest technology and call handling infrastructure. We use the world’s leading centre software PNC 8 from technology provider Tunstall Healthcare.

PNC 8 has a wealth of functionality and unique features designed to support the delivery of an efficient monitoring centre service.

Our centre also provides a wide range of services such as call handling for various housing and care organisation, as well as lone worker protection and support services for carers.
